So Lil Wayne gets out of jail in a few days, and I assume this can only mean one thing...a ton of lil wayne music is going to be released prior to his cd release. Expect Lil Wayne's the Carter 4 to be the best c.d. he has ever made, simply because he hasn't been able to produce music for the past year.
